My brother died and he made nomination after marriage in pf and gratuity in favour of father with 100% but his company where he was working denies to pay to his father, they are saying we will only transfer last month salary as well as of etc in favour of spouse only,
When proper documents were shown then agreed to pay only of amount to father, and rest amount to spouse by saying that if spouse goes to court our company will be in trouble, they are not giving any importance to nomination with 100% everything was clearly mentioned,
Lic insurance entire amount was transferred in favour of spouse as she was nominee
Married since 2yrs only with no kids
Can father take any action against company for not giving any importance to nomination made by decreased?
