Company illegal termination me not following the establishment employment standard

I was working on Bpo. I was been put intentionally on PIP Performance improvements Plan with no reason got terminated. Because of this termination no company will take me on job. The company didn't follow the standards procedure of termination nor they paid me reverence pay of 3 months. I have made a complain with the labour commissioner. They are been called but they are asking time. Actually they are trying to make false documents story against me. All my evidence against the company are with the company itself. They will make story to save gaurd them self. All is with the company email id all correspondence. The company didn't give any documents stating about termination nor took any sign as acknowledgement from employee. They had verbally 3 months probation period and on offer letter they put 6 months. 9 moths pass still they didn't give any permanent letter. I was mentally harrassed by the management I was even admitted in the hospital my blood pressure went to 260. For 4 days I was admitted in the hospital. This termination of employees need to be stopped if not the company should at least pay 6 mths salary to the employee.

Can someone help me and guide me through this.

Since you have already approached labor commissioner you may wait for the disposal of your complaint by the labor commissioner after which you can decide further course of legal action.

Yes, having approached the Labour Commmissioner, you need await his decision. However, the Labour Commissioner may not have the jurisdiction of you were holding a supervisory post.

Francis here I suspect the company HR policy and procedure related to Labour, Standard operating process and sevice level agreements have not been audited by any government body. No proper job discrimination, No proper Screening, No No Grievance redressal mechanism, No ant harrasment policy and procedure. No relevant training program, No development action plan, No trainer to train the process, No comprehensive audit done with regards to Labour Law, No anti discrimination practices, No security gaurd for ladies, Hygiene issue toilet and basic stink and all over dirty. 

What can be done in this case against the company. Can someone guide and support pls.

As you have approached the labor commissioner for getting your grievances redressed, you may confine to your own reliefs, let the company do anything which is not related to you, if you start digging the company affairs, you will not get justice till the end.
