Company registration.

I have a client who wishes to sell s** toys in India online. And he needs to register a 3 partner LLP company in India. My question here is. Can they register such a industry in India and sell the products in India. Can they market the same in India ? Is registering under LLP is possible ?? Waiting for response. Regards. Adv Simi.
