Compassinate appointment

sir, when the deceased govt .employee having one son and a married daughter at the time his death shall the already married daughter can be considered for compassinate appointment when the son of the govt. employee is seperated from the family?

No. Married daughter gets disqualification. Cannot be considered for appointment on companssionate ground.

Married daughter is ineligible. Further more if the son is Govt employee still the daughter would not have got evenif she was unemployed.  If the sonis not supporting the widow can be considered.= if she is able to convince the authroites.

As it is there is no law to appoint any one on compassionate grounds. It is matter of discretion of the employer.

Do the affidavits of the Son and the Wife of the Deceased govt employee considered in this case stating that there is no objection for the compassinate appointment for the married daughter.

As stated above by me there is no law covering the subject. It depends upon the policy of the employer and the way you convince them.

If the deptt is small and officials do nto know the rules they may consider the case.  You can give a try. But married daughter is not eligible.
