Sorry, we don't entertain business promotion advertisements here in this forum for any reason.

The post has been changed from advertisements to legal query.

The maintenance in a divorce case is not automatic.

The person seeking maintenance should apply for it with the reasons stating inability to sustain expenses.

Here the wife is earning more than the husband hence she will not become eligible for maintenance even if she applies for it.

She is not entitled for compensation as she is earning more than boy.

The query is too speculative to warrant any suggestion.  Moreover, the querist is a stranger to the issue, if at all any.

Sir,

My query is not speculative.

Their  love marriage is on Oct 2023 only

Since then we all watching the happenings daily and tried our level best to solve the issue.

Already two house owners asked them to vacate the house due to their intense quarrel.

Now they want to depart.

The boy's Father is not wealthy enough to provide any compensation if asked by the girls family.

So he wants some legal advice in this regard.

There is no point in epeating the same question again and again.

the solution was already informed, hence you may advise the quarelling couple accordingly

Thank you so much Sir for your valuable guidance.

It is not understood that if the quarelling couple themselves are into continuous fights and at logger heads, you being a third party seeking suggestions on the subjecr?

Do you think that you can solve their problem or whether they will listen to your advise?

Moreover, why should the irrelevant subject ;maintenance; should creep in without an application filed by the wife and why  this topic is clubbed with  divorce even before initiating any process for maintenance or divorce?
