Compensation given by the bank ??????

RESPECTED SIR ,

                             HERE IS A CASE  A MAN RAJESH RETIRED FROM A GOVT JOB .AND HE GET A PENSION FROM THE GOVT AUTHORITY . AFTER THE 6TH PAY COMMISSION  THE REVISED PPO SEND TO THE BANK ON 18-3-2011. BUT THE PAYMENT OF ARREAR/ PENSION CAN BE CREDITED TO THE PENSIONER ACCOUNT ON 18-7-2011. THERE IS THE TIME OF APPROX 4 MONTH .

                              CAN BANK TAKE A LOT OF TIME OR CAN BANK COMPENSIONATE TO THE PENSIONER ?

PLZ GIVE A REASONABLE ADVISED ?

First find out whose mistake it was.  Then we can fasten liability, for further action.

here is bank responsible for that delay .

If you have found out that the mistake was on the part of the bank, then send a Notice stating your grievences and requesting to pay compensation for the delay.  If bank did not respond positively file complaint with Banking Ombudsman

sir i also complaint to branch office or local head office before one month ago .and again i send a reminder to solve my complaint but there is no response is given by them

You may file a complaint with the Banking Ombudsman of your jurisdiction.
