Complex situation in divorce

My husband and I have had issues due to his aggressive behaviour. I launched a complaint in mahila aayog against them as they threw me out of house in Jan 2013. After counselling mahila aayog sent me to my matrimonial home and again my husband and in laws threw away my things and said never come back. Now they have filed a case of violence and forceful entry in house though my husband had himself agreed to take me back in mahila aayog.he is not divorcing me,neither letting me enter his house.he has also taken dowry of 5 lakhs and also not giving back my jewellery.pls suggest what to do. Pls note we got bail in the above false case he has filed on us.

Your marriage is still subsisting, your husband has legal duty to maintain you.

You have to contact local lawyer.

If you have suffcient evidence, then don't worry you many remedies.

If possible settle matter amicably, as already it was settle before the Mahila Ayog...

Actually the issue is that my husband is playing double game,he doesn't want to divorce as he dosent want to return dowry money and forcing me to divorce him by using all dirty means, the dowry amount is Rs.5 lakh
