Whether compliance under order XXXIX rule 3 of C.P.Code will be failed for non-service of one out of all documents(unimportant)? Which documents otherwise, all documents are mandatory for compliance u/o- XXXIX, rule 3 of C.P.Code? I have filed a deed in support of my Suit. Further when I got injunction in my favour, service to the O.P of such sale deed is necessary or not?
