I have filed partition suite. My brother remained ex-party my three sisters are willing to give there share to me by filing part compromise petition. Although all my three sisters agreed for part compromise petition I am not 100% sure about them. At the last moment if two sisters come to court and one sister does not come then what happens. We are preparing a joint part compromise petition document between my self and 3 sisters. If one of the sister refuses at the last moment then this document is of no use. Is it possible to prepare 3 differnet documents between my self and each sister separately so that we can dicard the document of the sister who refuses at the last moment. Please help me.
