my client is an financial concern and a person concealed the fact that is given in his affidavit.
after some time my client get to know with prooof that the person concealed relevant important information fronm my client.
what are the actions in term of stamp paper act, and IPC.
please guide.

he is a govt. employee, and what are the steps to initiate proceeedings against him.
any civil remedy like damages/compensation.

what is the concealement?
If the concealment as there would the lona not have been there? if so it is a case of cheating and the things can be worse for him if he proves malafide with defaults in loan.
If is govt employee he is bound o intimate the loan to the deptt. Get under TI if he has done so.
A govt servant is expected to keep sound intergrity even in private dealing.
