Respected Sir/Madam,
I purchased gold for around 64,000/- in Saravana Selvarathinam stores in T.Nagar - Chennai and went to the shop after one week to change the purchased gold since my wife didn’t like the design. We got an alternate model for around 74,000/-.
I already paid VAT for 64,000/- but I when I changed the gold for alternate design, they asked me to pay VAT for 74,000/- instead of 10,000/- difference amount. Is my concern valid to file a case in consumer Forum against them. Please suggest.
