Conditional will

Owner of property - Wife - Name A

Will in favour of Husband - Name B

Conditional Will in favour of Son - Name C

If a property is in name of a person say A she can write Will in favour of her husband B but can this will be conditoinal as follows

1. In case of death of A the property to be transferred to husband B

2. In case of husband B death before death of wife A the property to be transferred to youngest son C upon death of wife A

Can a SINGLE WILL by A contain both the above clauses

The last wish of testator (owner of property )narrated in valid last WILL, left by testator is supreme.

The testator can insert such or even more conditions in WILL.
