At the time of reinstatement I joined as sub inspector in 2019, where as my batchmates were promoted to the rank of inspector in 2015. CAT & HIGH COURT in its judgement awarded all consequential benefits except arrears on " No work No Pay" basis. Now my batchmates are being considered for DSP pre promotional training. Where as department in their reply to my representation say my seniorty will be fixed from my date of promotion i.e 2019. Kindly give legal opinion of my seniorty & where do I represent i.e CAT or HIGH COURT for redressal
