Through LCI- let the UOI and the Public in general and others to Know some feelings of some persons expressed during general talk/discussion in the wake of recent ACB/Telangana State case on one of the TDB MLA: It is summarised and can be published as an ARTICLE FROM MY SIDE:
The present trend is found to be general elections in the country as per its schedule/five years completion period with extensions/fresh elections on completion of Governors/Presidents Rule. And as and when there is a vacancy arises , and so on...
2) Let there be single phage elections through out India, in all States and the elections for the Parliament/Assembly/MLC/Panchayats and so may be started with a base year -- say commencing from 2020- and the elections campaigns be taken up by all the registered and recognised National or State Political Parties in their respective States/Constituencies as per the given Schedule.
2)Let the voters be made aware of their rights and privileges of their vote and voting;
Let the UOI/GOI and the States concerned nominate the Officials and Booths in advance of this Schedule and the Voters be made known accordingly of their Booth;
Let the CEC/ECs make out Schedule of dates and be made to Public and advice the voters to cast their votes either at the Nominated Booths/or at the E-Centres/or ON Line and so on and at their convenience between morning 08.00 hours to 17.00 hours;
3) ONce elected, the concerned Political Party and the person designate as such shall upon taking oath shall also take oath that since he /She was chosen by the voters with majority of votes from that constituency and the voters have elected him/her/others from the said Political Party and that he shall continue to be in the same same Party and shall not switch over to any other Political Party, and if he/she chose so, he/she shall first resign from the Party from which the voters elected him and then join the other Party which he elects and wait for the next year(S) to come and work in that change over Party till fresh elections / Scheduled after five years or so comes in for a chance to win over the voters from that switched over Political Party.
4) The seat so vacated shall be kept vacant till the next Schedules elections.
5)This may found to be embracing and awesome or so , let the Political Parties and the elected representatives of the citizens of India feel their responsibility and liability and the minds of the citizens. .. and so on
6) By going for elections once in five years and simultaneously at the centre/states it is opined that the expenditure in aspects concerning to duty-detailed employees/Officers;vehicles movements; transport- rail/road/air; individuals-TA/DA, and so on can be curtailed;
7) Deployment of Police personnel/ other Armed Forces- like CRPF,RPF,CISF,BSF almost for around TWO months for Law and Order duties can also be curtailed. It is observed that the Personnel so nominated are being paid extra amounts being on duty for exclusively for this elections and the personnel TA/DA is also paid . In addition their work is being recognized through monetary rewards both by centre and the States. This also can be curtailed.
8)Let the constitution/ Election Code and so on be amended to suit to the new concept-
(9) The above information and the ideas have been brought on record through our LCI so that the same can be projected and reach the concerned who can take some steps to fill up the gaps and reverbritrate the to achive the desired result;
