Consultation by designated senior counsell

Dear Sirs, I am given to understand that whenever a party suffers substantial injustice in the Supreme Court for any given reason that cannot be compensated in any manner, such as negligence of the advocate or the Supreme Court itself not looking into the matter with the care it deserved, I hear that there are several Designated Senior Counsels in the Supreme Court who come to the rescue of such litigants and offer their services on a probono basis. Can I kindly have a list of such Designated Senior Counsels, if available.
