Application under section.12(1) (c) submitted after submission of evidence affidavit in district consumer forum..OP taken objection on d ground that apllication should not be submitted after evidence affidavit and demanding for withdral ofd case...court approved next date for argument... Neee suggestions on below points, 1.On what ground i need to oppose d objection of d OP? 2.is there any case law for d same? 3.court is asking me to submit d list of consumers of d project other than d names included in d compliant.is it mandatory? i do not have d list with me
