Consumer case

i have missed the the copy of courier bill. they neither deliver the parcel nor returned back. but they collected the bill from me. but i have noted all the details of bill. without bill can i file a case in consumer forum

Demand authenticated copy of the bill from courier.

Download tracking report from website of courier.

First of all Issue notice to courier company and mentioned therein the details of the bill through which you have booked the parcel to the courier. Also asked them to return the parcel or provide the proof delivery of parcel. If notice is not complied with then case may be filed before consumer Forum without submitting bill.
