I wiuld like to file a case in consumer court, Bangalore against the builder of the appartment complex for delaying the registration of the flat. I have Sale Agreement, Construction agreement, and all the receipts of payment made toward the cost of the flat. The flat was handedover to me & is under my posession for the last 3 years. Please suggest how to go about and let me know the location of the consumer court in Bangalore. Your help is greatly appreciated.
