Consumer proctection

i have lost the purchase slip of my nokia handset. the mic of the phone is regularly giving me problems post warranty. every time i get it repaired it goes faulty. nokia care centre is not taking the complete responsibility as my warranty has expired. my issue are.

1. can i approach the consumer forum and file a case against nokia even after i have lost the bill.

2. if the warranty has expired, am i not liable for any relief.

first you are required to ask duplicate bill from shopkeeper. then come here.
