DEAR EXPERTS I NEED UR ANSWERS VERY URGENTLY SO PLEASE ANSWER MY QUESTION.
I AND MY HUSBAND HAD CONSUMMATED OUR MARRIAGE FROM JULY2011 TO SEPTEMBER2011.I HAVE APPLIED TO NULLIFY OUR MARRIAGE.WE DID NOT LIVE TOGETHER BUT MET IN SOME OTHER PLACES AND CONSUMMATED.I HAVE APPLIED UNDER SECTION 25 OF SPECIAL MARRIAGE ACT THAT IT IS NOT CONSUMMATTED.WILL CAN DISPROVE THIS? IS THERE ANY OPTION TO DISPROVE?IF I GO FOR MEDICKAL CHECKUP WILL IT BE FOUND?PLEASE ANSWER ME.

Yes, Be truthfu to the court.
O'wise, Medical Examination can not corelate the things. It can tell whether S*xual intercorse has happened or not!

Geetha, I agree with Amit its not advised to deny marriage on false grounds !!
However, Courts function on the basis of evidence.
You elaborate what ground u took for petition of nullity u/s 25.....If it is first clause, your petition will be dismissed if ur husband says he never refused and even now is ready to consume the marriage....there is be no need of medical examination.
So better explain your reason for this petition so that u get correct advice.
