Respected Sir, can a person continue his presidentship in an educational  instituion, if he faces criminal charges of negligance. HE IS NOT convicted or acquited, the trial is going on now. He should resign or continue his presidentship?. the board is registered under companies act , under section 25.it is  non-profitable organisation. consists of school and colleges, and it receives aid from the government.

Hello Sir, he was charged of negligance over Child's death in his school bus. He was the owner of the school and one girl fell from his school bus hole and she died. hope you know the case. the high court took the case as suo moto and he is the president of our institution.  the girl name surithi, the president  of our institution is  zion school owner....
