CONTRACT LABOUR LICENSE REGISTRAION AS A PRINCIPLE EMPLOYER

Dear Lawyer Expacts,

Ours is a Agriclutural based industry. We are having huge land, some part of the land we are constructed Production Plant, surrounded with compound wall. The remaining part we are planted trees which are the raw material for the production. While registration with Labour Department as a Principle Employer under Contract Labour (R&A) Act. While obtaining the Registration License we have to register our production unit, ofcourse there is no problems we have to indicate the nature of men engaged as contractors in that but what about the agricultural labour working in the Tree Plantation area. My question is weather we have to obtain a separate Registration OR the same Registered license is enough. The remaing agricultural land is with separate survey Nos. and some part one village and some part one village.

Please clarify the above doubt.

Regards,

PBS KUMAR
