Contracts

While drafting an agreement we mention that so and so company incoporated under companies act 2013. Is it also mandatory to mention the name of the managing director as "represented by Mr. X as mnaging director"

 

I donit knoiw why but i want to avoid mentioing name..

In an agreement between a Registered Company which by itself is a person and outside party, the name of the representative of both side have to be mentioned. It’s not necessary to mention the name of the Managing Director of the company, any other representative authorised by the company to enter in to the agreement with outside party can be there whose name can be mentioned in the agreement.
