Counter IPC 211 during 498A - Judgement

The husband can move an application under section 340 cr.p.c in the court where proceeding under section 498a are in progress because offence of section 211 ipc is committed in the court and the magistrate after enquiry is convinced that a coplaint [s necessary in the interest of justice, the magistrate himself will file the complaint or sent it toother court.
