A married man commit suicide every 9th minute. In most of the cases the suicide is due to harassment of wife/inlaws.

There must be inbuilt legal provision to do magestrial inquiry into every suicide of a married man, and in all such cases the abetor must be punished.

yes indian juditiary is awakning. as soon as the husband and his relatives aqit from the false 498a case there must be legal provition to send the wife and her parents and her near and dear involved in filing false 498a to the jail in that matter the court should not have the discrationary power

Yes, for false cases wife & her relatives must get imprisonment. As per survey in last year husband suicide count reached to 57000 due to such false cases & cruelty from wife & her relatives.

we are still awaiting for the 498-B act (Husband can file a case against wife & relatives) which is still under discussion which can stop all such false allegations but for this even some organisations/peoples are against  the  implementation of this 498-B act.

The law should be made much stronger to punish false 498A cases. Anyone who files a files false 498a should get life imprsionment. Best way is to allow the person on whom the 498A was levied to decide the punishment.

if a 498a complaint along with fellow allegations are found false beyond reasonable doubt then the person making false complaint shud be given same maximum punishment which was due for harassed husband.
