Joining another central govt job.

Get relieved from the present employer and join in the new post..This will in no way affect your future assignment  if you have proper relif.

When duration of penalty is already over, it will not cast any effect in your future career in any other department or post ouside the cadre. The effect of punishment remains till its duration. However, if you remain in the same cadre with the same department, your futher promotion can have some effect, if due within the next five years after the award of penalty, as annual confidential records are seen for the last five years at the time of consideration for promotion for the purpose of asessment of eliibility for promotion to next post.

This question was already appear in experts query and I have already replied that in case, it was not the condition to show this fact in advertisement and if it was any condition and you have not concealed the fact, it will not effect in your in employment.
