Maintenance

Mr. "A" age about 70 years  put all his life earning to get job (Govt.) for his wife and his two sons(i.e including their upbringing).Now he is deserted by his wife and two son. Mr.A is incomeless and homeless and work as domestic helper in other house not on wages basis but just for three time meal per day basis.

Q- Can Mr.A claim maintenance from his wife and two sons.???

-If yes then under which provisions of law.

- any latest leading cases by Supreme Court/High Court.

can get maintenance under the new Act namely  Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007

yu can also ask maintenance u/s-125 crpc.
