I can't believe no one to answer my forum other then a law firm from U.S. itself......if RCN are issued from india without asking us then why can't U.S. laws be executed in india ? Why not ?

1. You are a money bag for hourly billing thus a US Law Firm is replying to you !
2. The DVTRO advise given to you will not stand in Indian Jurisdiction. Take this gyan from me.
3. This is a Indian Lawyers Forum for interacting with general public and may I ask you, have you read any of the previous messages on RCN to speak so bluntly about a Indian legal online forum where we give free advise that also sparing our busy times from Courts?
The link is here in case you are so lazy a person to get spoon feeding;
4. Respect professionals who are giving free advise step by step and do some basic previous posts reading also before speaking bluntly.

@ Tajobsindia i don't think i have mentioned anything disrespecting......so i would still stand on what i mentioned earlier....i could be billed hourly in U.S. and that's the reason i was awaiting for indian lawyers to answer whether or not such action could be executed in india or not ? Once again nothing personal against anyone.......that means neither being disrespecting neither being rude !

@ Tajobsindia....if i knew abt law why would i be posting my questions...i just noticed u made a very fuzzy statement addressing me "LAZY" which i don't appreciate especially in public forum now let me ask you who is being disrespectful ? you or me ?......we are not arguing here neither we are deciding here who has better law system (U.S. OR INDIA)....i m here to fetch as much as knowledge i can i m not going to argue much about this.....but as mentioned earlier i always appreciate your knowledge you have shared with me....let's respect each other !
I went through both the cases in this link and i believe it won't work if i do anything from U.S.........if U.S. laws cannot be executed in india i guess it's vice-versa ?
Make it a great day experts i officially declare this particular forum closed !
