Company act query

Repjy, in seriatem,

1. Register of members of the company, kept at the registerted office of the company / or by the registrar

2.& 3. Form 2, 23 and 32, filed by the company before Registar of Compnies (RoC) [ where the registered office of the company is located]

4.no definite docuemnt except companies master roll.. PF office or gratuity office can also be tried... 

1. names of the members of the company ?

2. directors of the company?

3. stake holders of the company and their % contribution.

For the first three queries you can view the public documents in the MCA portal by paying Rs.50 as inspection fee and also download the necessary documents.

As far as point 4 is concerned the details will be the company and cannot be viewed by outsiders.

EVERY COMPANY HAS TO MAINTAIN STATUTORY REGISTER WHICH CONTAINS ALL THE DETAILS REQUIRED BY U.

REGARDING WORKERS AND STAFF EVERY COMPANY HAS TO MAINTAIN WORKERS/STAFF ROLL REGISTER AS  PER LABOUR LAW . YOU CAN SEE THOSE DOCUMENTS.

You may also meet  with the Recognised Workers' Union office to see the workers' list.. Names of directors will be available in the company's Annual Report /website/ Stock Exchange offices.

Our Company has filed the form 66 ( Compliance Certificate) but frget to mention one Board meeting which was most important now what to do?

Any rectification in  forms filed with ROC,  you will have to apply to CLB[ company law board ] to get order for rectification. plz do accordingly. 

Mr. Raju, File form 66 again with revised Compliance Certificate.
