Wife left me to stay out of home

My wife has moved out of house with my in laws and staying separately for last 2 weeks. I am suspecting they might be getting in to some legal game.Please refer to my question asked in the expert section at https://www.lawyersclubindia.com/experts/Abusive-wife-and-inlaws-need-help--278611.asp .

Should I keep quiet and observe ? Should I file an RCR. I have recordings of her cruelty where she has admitted to physically assaulting me a number of times , without me doing something of that sort in return. In the recordings, she and her in laws have also testified that there are no dowry demands from me and my family what so ever.

I want to get a divorce from her. What shouldbe the best course of action ?

Don't file RCR, it is a waste of time and money.

Be patient and keep your ears on the ground.

PS: Relief of RCR has been deleted in many countries, as they think it is against human rights.

But Firstly confirm two thing:-

1) You are sure she is not going to come back.

Yes ..she is NOT going to come back.

2) She surely reply negative in her RCR WS.

Yes...I am 99% sure.

3) Will she file 498a ?

I am 50% sure.

"I put her RCR's WS in crpc125's WS. " ...what does this mean ?

Is not RCR gonna hurt you, if she files Maintenance Pendente Lite before WS even????

WS filing would go for a toss till Maintenance Pendente Lite is decided.

How many final maintenance orders have you seen. It is the interim that kills.

are you sure she also not desire to live with you.

Is Divorse ultimate of this relation.

If all above yes.

Than- first try to do compromise----- If not possible and you are sure for divorce----- than consult a lawyer personally.
