Affidavit on self identification

U can done your affidevit before 1st class megistrate or Notary  and lawyers identification is compulsory. 

If the Notary or the Magistrate is satisfied with your identification by his personal judgment or by other documentary evidence, identification by advocate is not necessary. I have not come across any laws or rules which says that lawyer identification is mandatory. Correct me if I am wrong.
