Dear Sir,
I wanted to purchase a land in Ranchi. The seller has Power of Attorney (POA) who is in Ranchi but the actual owner lives in Patna (whom I do not know-whether live or dead).
How I can check the property is not risky for purchase ?
-Power of Attorney is genuine or not ?
-Power of Attorney given by the owner who is live?
-Land is of Kurmi ( from Bihar) is not under CNT Act?
-Documents of Land is genuine or not ?
