Laws of power of attorney given to brother

does the power of attorney given to a younger brother regarding immovable property requires registration in india (RAJASTHAN) or not. what are the consequences of unregistered power of attorney in this regard

and

a registered power of attorney given to a son wheather valid after the death of the executor?

A power of attorney given to anyone regarding immovable property should be registered.

A POA becomes void with the death of the executor.

A POA for immovable property requires registration, without which, it is invalid. A POA lapses after the death of the person who gives such POA.
