I have heard that the new law of parental property is aplicable on new marriages only. Is this true ?
Will this be applicable to existing marriages also ?
Will it be applicable to ongoing mutual consent divorce cases also ?

No law is yet passed. Unless it is passed we cannot say in what form it will come out.

Whatever it is but the decision has been taken by government just to gather votes of females. They are not worried that due to this, boys will stop marying and they will infact try to sign an agreement before marriage that no share will be given incase of divorce etc etc
