Divorce judgement copy

Dear Sir/Madam, My ex-parte evidence was on July 16th and the Hon.Judge had given the judgement date as July 23rd. I have been running behind my lawyer to get the judgement copy but he is not returning the calls or responding to my messages. Please advice if there is a way to get the judgement copy directly by me.

If the judgement idsdelivered ,you can go to the court

apply for the copy of the judgement stating  number of the case ,names of the parties ,date of delivery of the judgement, you will be asked to make deposit  for the charges for a certified copy  then you will receive the copy of the judgement when it is ready for delivery  normally within a week , you can also download the copy of the judgement from the web site of the court.

you can also file an RTI in the court. I did that in my case when my lawyer did the same. I got the certified copies with 20 days.

just file application for cert. copies - it can be filed party in person - no need of adv.

no need of RTI
