Can we go to lok adalat on criminal case ipc 304b

Hi,

I have a criminal cases 498A,304b and DP3&4 in a family court. will this case eligible to go to Lok adalat ?

THis case can not run in Family Court. It is a session triable case.

The matter won't be referred to mediation, but if you want, you can discuss the matter offline and decide the future course of action.
