I am from Pune. We started society formation without builder in DDR department at Sakhar sankul. But after notice from DDR builder started "Deed of declaration" and also did Apartment deed of 4 peoples.
Though we are 17 peoples trying to form society other than those 4 peoples DDR gave decision that society can not be formed as apartment deed is done.
Is this really right? Is this not against democracy? even if we started our process earlier than builder...
This way if builder wants No society will be formed...
can anybody guide us for next step...
