Soni Sir at this stage it will be better if u approach the High Court by way of Civil Writ Petition.....i will not advice for direct petition before Hon'ble Supreme Court.

Soni ji,

 if your case is not solved in six months from the date of your suspension, file a case in the court. This is the only remedy you will get relief. Provide all evidences to the court for refrence to defend your case.

Soni ji,

I understand your mental agony. First file a case against GIC in the Hon'ble High Court. After out come of its verdict it is better to move to Hon'ble Supreme Court. Hon'ble HC is the right place for your queries.

So far if you didn't appeal your department first appeal.

I too agree with learned Advocates of Jaipur High Court.
