Excessive maintenance claim

The onus of proof is on her.    You can show these details to counter her excessive claim.  In mutual consent both of you can agree to any amount for maintainable but if the case is decided by the court, her income will also be counted.  She may not get more than 10-15000 p.m from you in alimony, till she gets married again.
