Property sold at low price than market

My problem is simple.

I had a few acres of land.

I faced some private problem, so i decided to sell it.

The need of money was urgent so, i sold that land for very cheap as compared to market price as i was not getting fast buyer.

I did not register the land in the name of the buyer but I made an agreement on Rs 100 stamp paper and got it notarised.

Buyer did not came to me to register the land for 6 months, then the price of the land rose and then i did not want to register the land in the name of the buyer after 6 months.

He filed a case against me. How can i save my land..?

What are my chances?

On agreement registry period was not written. But there was a oath by me that i will register the land in the name of the buyer whenever he told me to do so.

it would be unfair on your part to take undue advantage of the situation since you got the consideration of the property. it would be wise to get the registeration done in favour of the buyer. sicne, you have admitted the same in writing the court will ask you the reason for not doing so?
