tips to answer lawyers questions

normally layers asks questions to be answered either yes or no. I request to give me tips while facing lawyer

Don't worry :) Understand the question properly.. if you don't get it, ask him to repeat the que and if you feel you trapped in the yes / no reply then give an explanation for the same.

First understand the question clearly and the logic behind. Then depending upon question you have to give answer logically, if required with explanation.
