I am facing the case of DV act filed by my wife. in which i have filed application of perjury against her and after long legal battle court has finally decided my application of perjury which was pending from many years,
Court held :
On the basis of evidence filed by respondent, it is proved beyond any doubt that petitioner has exercising fraud upon the court by not disclosing her source of income. I authorise the reader of the court to register complalint against petitioner in court of hon'ble chief metropolitan magistrate.under sec 199 r/w 191 and 193 of ipc
My questions:
When will CMM court order to register FIR against petitioner.?
Will she have to apply for AB and how will i came to know she has applied for AB?
