I want to know about the procedure for registration of trademark. Can any one provide a copy of the application. Please dont give just a format. I want to see a copy duly filled up and filed for registration. It will be easy to understand.

Registration of Trademark:
Application for Registration has to be made in Form TM-1 along with Representation in 3 and 5 copies respectively. It is better to apply for search before making any application for registration to see whether the mark applied for is similar to anyother mark. If there are any other similar marks in the search report one can modify the mark apporopriately. The registration fee is Rs.2500/-. I have attached copy of TM1 and Representation which I have filed.
