Hello immigration lawyer, please assist.

Dear Immigration Lawyers,

Some one has lodged a false FIR on me but later during investigation, it was noticed that, that was a false case and police removed my name from FIR.

Do I need to show the facts during international travel? My question is specific for US travel?

Theoretically, no criminal action can be said to be pending against you unless you recieve the summons to attend the Competent Magistrate Court; you have no concern only becaause a FIR is lodged against you.

Thru RTI route get certified copies of each and every document and keep these safely.
