Recently I got to know a term by the name Land Tax. Can anyone let me know who has to pay this tax. For a Registered Society which is exisiting from 1990, should the land tax be in name of builder who made the building almost 30 years ago, or in the name of the society or in the name of the land owner. Who has to pay this tax. Please let us know.
