Expartee Divorce

An ex service men did a fraud expartee divorce in 2003 and died in 2011.His wife did not any kind of summons or notice and she is debarred from pension.What is the that expartee could be challenged now an apply for family pension?
( No remarriage done)

When the deceased lived alone no one took care of him and after his death wife want to challange the decree only for pension.

Shameful.

Nice reply But she was alone without social,financial and moral support among with childrens so , you better understand that who is wants to take care of a pensioner with no responsibility or a woman with zero money and three stomachs!!

Thanks for the reply sir So ultimately there is no such kind of rule if woman dont remarry then she will be aplicable for pension.?
