Tata Photon

Dear All,

I have just purchased a Tata Photon device and this is 10times changed now and functioning ridiculously .Even if company persons threatening sometimes when bill due date is little bit late.Service centre engineers also not cooperetaing.

So I need your kindly help to give me the detail procedure for filing a complaint against them. I stay at katwariasarai,South delhi.

 better step for u would be to approach Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI)

as per latest SC judgment a consumer court has no jurisdiction in telephone disputes, so in present situation more effective remedy for u will be to make a complaint against TATA with TRAI.

 

take help of some local lawyer, if possible, in getting the complaint prepared

Sir, I too had purchased one TATA Indicom  USB Data Modem. I too got so many problems; no one at their centre helped me also their behavior and attitude too are sub standard. Now It is useless. Next time when I purchased a Laptop they were offering TATA PHOTON at just 1300/-, but I refused to take any TATA product even at free.

   Reliance is having the same story, after getting irrational bills, it got it terminated. I made complain at nodal office of Reliance Telecom, they accepted and returned the extra amount charged, but to get it back lost more in conveyance. this too is useless now.

In this regard state owned/govt telecom company’s are better.

You complain to their nodal office thro mail. I they do not listen then u may contact National Consumer Helpline Toll free no. 1800-11-4000 (U will also get the guidance at this no.).
