Arbitration award set aside by court in sec 34

Arbitration award set aside by court in sec 34. Now Please guide what can we do next ?

Shall I appeal to High Court or Re-appoint An Arbitrator ?

If I go to High Court than I ve to file appeal in Sec 37 ?

Please tell guide me how to proceed further ?

Yes ýou have to file appeal before sec 37 of Arb and con Act.Better consult local lawyer

Pls tell me what is the Limitation time for appeal in sec 37 to High Court ?

Is it 90 days ?
