Proof of Date of Birth of both husband and wife

2 passport sized photographs, 1 marriage photograph

Separate Marriage Affidavits in prescribed format from Husband & Wife

Aadhaar Card

All documents must be self attested.

Marriage Invitation Card

Hi what is the procedure if i and my partner want get married in delhi through court marriage. We both are adults but his parents are not in favour of us getting married. We both are hindu and indian citizens. Please suggest.

Go to any Arya Samaj mandir and marry each other and after 2-3 days they will provide a marriage certificate, thereafter you can take an appointment in local SDM and get it registered from there.
