Manager in gold loan co. As per co procedure followed kyc norms standard gold appraising and approved 26 loans. 1st loan checked by gold inspector accepted. Based on this all 25 pledges appraised and approved. Next gold inspector appraised 1st and 25 gold loan through deep cut method and found copper inside declared 26 loans spurious. But audit report says 40% gold and 60% copper. All are marked 916 hall mark and top 2mm gold coated. Customer also accepted spurious and released 15 spurious a/c.

The Management cannot withhold the salary without giving any showcause notice. You can approach Labour Dept against your management for your salary.
